Beer » Hi-Res
Tradition says that IPA's need to be generously hopped with English 'brace yourself for the bitterness' hops. We're proud of our Commonwealth roots but not afraid to shake off the shackles and embrace the Home of the Brave. Yep, American Dank has gone South. Pungent, Resinous, Sticky. So many American hops were shovelled in to the boil that a highly resinous slick emerged. Big and extroverted, Hi-Res shows off some fruit on the nose and a kind of earthy, herbacious complexity. Dank, but not in a Dunedin student digs type way.
